Jethro is one of only two shorthairs that Brian knows of that loves the water and duck hunting. Many hunters Brian has met have had no luck duck hunting their shorthairs!
Medical History: Neutered at 7 months. The vet was very impressed with Jethro and expressed no concerns.
Temperament: Friendly, outgoing, confident, curious, people friendly, and cautious.
Hunting Ability/Prospects: He has hunted hungarians, pheasants and ducks. He's a hunting maniac with an incredible success rate.
Training History: Jethro's owner, Brian, did all the hunting and obedience training himself.
Jethro is four years old in these
pictures. He is a littermate to Fly N Hy's stud dog "Rowdy" Beautiful
and he loves the water.
Brian would consider purchasing another German Shorthair Pointer, and has already recommended both the breed and Fly N Hy Kennels to others.
